SAP, Odoo, and Microsoft Dynamics hold your orders, stock, and recipes. Deciding which line runs which order tomorrow, where the allergen cleanout falls, and which lot has to ship before it expires is a different job. In most plants that sequencing gets built by hand every day, and by Wednesday the schedule is fiction.
